What is VRChat OSC?
VRChat OSC (Open Sound Control) is a feature that lets external applications communicate with VRChat in real time. It can update avatar parameters, send chatbox messages, and control various avatar behaviors, making it possible to create interactive experiences powered by data such as your live heart rate.
How can I show my heart rate in VRChat?
To show your heart rate in VRChat, connect a compatible heart rate monitor to the Pulsoid Desktop app, pair the Pulsoid OSC Tool with VRChat, and configure your avatar parameters or chatbox. Once set up, your live BPM is automatically sent to VRChat in real time.
